Personal Data

CEC Bank SA will never require informations about your debit or credit card number or associated PIN. Don't disclose to anyone elements of personal identification used in the Internet Banking application (PIN and acces code provided by the authentication device), by whatever means you receive the request. CEC Bank SA employees or their representatives will never require disclosure of such informations. Email and SMS

CEC Bank SA will never send e-mails or SMS to request changes or verification of security elements through which the authentication could be done. Do not use in accessing the service links in some pages on the Internet or in some e-mail messages or SMS received. Use for this purpose an approved Internet browser configured according to recommendations.

Security

Follow permanently the existing security elements in order to ensure your connection safety and privacy (encrypted connection https://www.ceconline.ro in area of the browser's navigation, and an icon that represents a litle yellow lock). In case of activation of the litle yellow lock with the mouse, it will provide informations about the authenticity of the web page in question - the electronic certificate issued by VeriSign in favor of CEC Bank SA for the Web pages: www.cec.ro and www.ceconline.ro.
